Shipping & Customs

Last updated 10/30/2026

This page answers what overseas buyers ask most about delivery and customs. Read it before ordering and you can skip most of the back-and-forth email — anything not covered here, just note it in your inquiry.

Carriers

  • Samples and small batches: DHL / FedEx / UPS international express, typically 3–7 business days;
  • Volume orders: air or sea freight, confirmed on the quotation by quantity and destination;
  • Your own DHL / FedEx account is welcome — freight collect and prepaid both work.

Lead time

  • In-stock parts: shipped after payment confirmation;
  • Volume orders: follow the manufacturer schedule — the quotation states "Lead time: X weeks" plus any split-delivery plan;
  • All lead times are estimates; the order confirmation is authoritative.

Customs documents

  • Commercial Invoice and Packing List accompany every shipment;
  • Certificates of origin and HS-code classification are available on request;
  • Goods are declared truthfully — product name, quantity and value — and we do not under-declare.
