This page explains how SH-MEMS (Shenzhen Shuohong Technology, "we") handles information you submit on this site or that is generated while you use it. By using the site you accept this policy; if you do not agree, please do not submit an inquiry or order — you are welcome to contact us by email instead.
What we collect
- Inquiry and order details: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, part numbers, quantities, application notes and BOM lists you submit in forms;
- Visit statistics: page path, time, IP address and browser user-agent, used only for aggregate statistics and security — never shared with advertising networks;
- Local storage: your cart and language preference are kept in your browser's localStorage, never uploaded to our servers; clearing your browser data removes them.
How we use it
- To answer inquiries and provide quotations, samples and selection support;
- To confirm orders, arrange shipment and handle after-sales issues;
- To improve the content and responsiveness of this site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your contact details for unrelated bulk marketing.
Sharing and retention
- Carrier details (name, address, phone) are shared with logistics partners such as DHL / FedEx / UPS only when needed to deliver your order;
- If you pay via PayPal, the payment itself is processed by PayPal under their own privacy policy; we only receive the transaction result;
- Inquiry and order data is stored on our servers in China and kept no longer than business and accounting needs require. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing dukeli@sh-mems.com — we reply within 1 business day.
Changes to this policy
Updates are published on this page with a revised date. Material changes are announced by email to customers with an existing business relationship.
