SH-MEMS maintains 8 authorized distribution lines: Adaps Photonics (dToF ranging modules), QST Corporation (6-axis IMU, geomagnetic and accelerometer sensors), MiraMEMS (accelerometer, gyroscope, pressure and IMU series), NOVOSENSE (temperature sensors, digital isolators and isolated gate drivers), Yuxin Electronics (high-voltage step-down DC-DC), Chenxin Semiconductor (wireless charging SoC), Lite-On Technology (ambient light, proximity and gesture sensors) and Angsemi (Hall elements and magnetic angle encoders). In addition we design four in-house modules: a BLE 6-axis attitude module, the QS02 riding-recognition module, a 3-axis + iToF ranging module and the SH3090 OOK receiver module.

In-house modules are board-level solutions designed by SH-MEMS — the BLE 6-axis attitude module, QS02 riding-recognition module, 3-axis + iToF ranging module and SH3090 OOK receiver module — shipped with firmware and a defined interface, and adjustable in firmware parameters, protocol and mechanical size for specific projects. The quantity shown on part and stock pages is a reference value for availability, meant to indicate quickly whether a part can be ordered now; it is not a real-time shippable quantity. Yes. At selection we provide parameter comparison, alternative part recommendations and sample advice. At design we help check supply sequencing, I²C / SPI addressing and pull-ups, interrupt configuration and isolator creepage distance. At mass production we help confirm batch consistency and incoming inspection criteria. Complex issues are escalated to the manufacturer FAE, and online meetings can be arranged for specific projects.

Domestic orders are settled by corporate bank transfer in CNY against a company contract; overseas orders can be settled via PayPal. Account details are on the Contact page, and the prepayment ratio for a first order follows the signed contract.

In-stock parts ship after payment confirmation, domestic delivery by express by default; volume orders follow the manufacturer lead time, which is stated on the quotation together with any split-delivery plan.
